The hotel is conveniently close to the airport with clean rooms and a pleasant crew. The service was wonderful, but waiting at the check-in line can be a drawback. The location is excellent for airport travelers, but options for dining nearby are limited. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were really large, clean, and new, but they felt pretty basic. Unfortunately, there were some issues like a non-working fridge, faulty outlets, and a dirty bathroom. On the plus side, our special request to have rooms next to each other was accommodated, which was amazing.

The service provided was a bit of a rollercoaster. Initially, I was informed about sensitive keys, but then the customer service was exceptional. Particularly, the assistant manager and a front desk clerk provided great service, especially DeMarcus on the night shift. However, there was a negative change in attitude when we left some clothes behind.
